First thing I did was find a picture in the book that I liked.(Actually I picked 3 I really liked.)
Then I painted my minions and let them dry over night.
Next I cut out the minion I really wanted to use and glued him down onto a foam poster board that I purchased from the Dollar Tree.
I then created labels and then glued them on blue and yellow colored card stock.
Using some cut out letters I had, I added a title to my poster.
Once I was done I hung my Lab Safety poster in my classroom. My students got a kick out of it and that's saying a lot because I teacher 8th graders.
Midway through the year I realized that my science classroom had nothing posted about science safety! Prior to labs, I discuss the do's and don'ts and remind my students about science safety. Ideally thought, I really should have something on the walls. While going through Pinterest I saw many safety posters with Minions. Here's what I used to create my poster!
I may create another one but get a little creative with the foam board I use. What do y'all think? I would really like to hear some comments or maybe share some ideas you may have. Thanks!
